Ayla Senecal

Ayla began dancing at the age of 2 and continues to dance today. She is going into her 22nd year of dance. She began her dance training at Berkshire Dance Theatre and continued as a student at Studio North Dance Arts. She served as a Teaching Assistant for nine year, was promoted to Student Teacher her senior year of high school and has been teaching for the past seven years. She has studied hip- hop, ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, acro, modern, contemporary, and musical theater.

 

Ayla is the Assistant Director and a choreographer for our Competition Team and has been for the past three years. She was a member of the Team during her junior and senior year of high school when it first started.

 

During the winter months, Ayla works at the Town of Hoosick skating rink where she is the Rink Manager and a skating coach.  She has recently graduated from Sage College with her bachelor degree and is continuing her education at MCLA to get her masters in middle school and high school education. In addition to working at Studio North, she has workied at Hoosick Falls Central School for the past four years.
